Y2V0143 Access path type is not allowed for specific function

Issue/Introduction

We just upgraded our CA 2E from version 8.7 to the latest 8.7.4.

When viewing a function with invalid Access Path (either via Display Only option or *USER model access mode) & trying to exit, we’re now stuck at screen EXIT FUNCTION DEFINITION with error Y2V0143.  We cannot exit with F12 nor F3, and must perform the System Request “End previous request” (ie: Shift + Esc, then option 2) to force exit.
