Missing "Is Critical Jobstream" Field in Jobstream Alerts via Subscription API

Issue/Introduction

The "Is Critical Jobstream" field is not currently available in the alert payload for subscription templates when passing the critical jobstream setting via the REST API․​​​‌​‍‍

ERROR MESSAGE: "None"

SYMPTOMS:

• The "Is Critical Jobstream" field is missing from the alert payload for templates

• Subscription templates cannot use the "Is Critical Jobstream" property

Cause

Currently this field is not made available to jobstream alerts or the subscription API.
