Issue/Introduction

Problem Description

Users report that the Allocations by Resource page fails to load the View Options (the gear icon or settings fly-out). While the main grid may or may not load, the configuration panel remains inaccessible, preventing users from adjusting time scales, attributes, or filtering criteria.

Symptoms

• Clicking the "View Options" icon results in no action.

• The loading spinner may persist indefinitely when attempting to open settings.

• Browser console logs may show 500 Internal Server Error or NullPointerException related to UI component rendering.

Cause

The issue is caused by missing or corrupted metadata in the UI configuration tables. Specifically, the record defining the user's view preferences for this specific page has been dropped or damaged in the odf_ui_settings table, leaving the application unable to render the options panel.
