Task hierarchy mismatch in GANTT after Copy from action

Issue/Introduction

In PPM GANTT there is a mismatch of task hierarchy in target project after using "Copy From > Copy" functionality.
 

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log in to the Clarity Modern UX (MUX).
2. Identify a source project that contains a task hierarchy (Summary Tasks with child Subtasks).
3. Create a new target project or navigate to an existing empty target project.
4. Navigate to the Tasks -> Timeline view in the target project.
5. From the Actions menu, select "Copy From".
6. Search for the source project, select all tasks, and click "Copy".
7. Wait for the copy process to complete and Inspect the task hierarchy in the following views for the target project:
   • Modern UX Timeline view
   • PPM Gantt: Click "PPM Gantt" via the Actions menu 

Expected Result: The task structure is consistent in Both the Modern UX Timeline view and the PPM Gantt

Actual Result: The task structure is inconsistent:

• Modern UX Timeline: Displays a flat task list with no expand/collapse carets (arrows).
• PPM Gantt: Displays only top level tasks and "+" (plus) expansion icons show the hierarchical structure.
