Matrix Compatibility controller VMware_Compat is not found

Issue/Introduction

When reviewing Update tab in SDDC 5.2 there is an error Reviewing all available VCF version failed. File with Compatibility Matrix Content for Compatibility controller VMWARE_COMPAT is not found

Environment

VCF SDDC 5,

Cause

Permission issue on file system is preventing the install of the Matrix Content for Compatibility controller file

Resolution

1. Run VCF Diagnostic Tool for SDDC Manager to confirm the invalid file system permission and resolve as directed by VDT results. 
2. Restart all SDDC manager services:
   • • /opt/vmware/vcf/operationsmanager/scripts/cli/sddcmanager_restart_services.sh
3. Then check update tab again
