CSP Account not available for assignment

Issue/Introduction

Unable to assign CSP account as it is not reflecting under available CSP accounts.

Resolution

The CSP account is not listed in available accounts, which means it's either:

• Assigned to another active customer, or
• Assigned to a deleted customer account.

Next steps:

1. Check active customer assignments to identify the current owner.
2. If assigned to a deleted customer, unassign it to make it available again.
