Issue/Introduction

Failed to run prechecks for NSX-T seen before upgrade.

 

Environment

VCF 9.x

Cause

Global permissions for [email protected] is showing NULL in Global Permissions (vCenter)

 

#### These log snippets may also be present in the vum-server.log

Resolution

To resolve this issue - snapshot the vCenter and remove/add the global permission for this nsxt_1234567 role.

 

 

 

Additional Information

If the above does not resolve the issue, validate whether the role exists in vCenter and raise a new case through your support portal as needed.
