VCF automation failed to deploy to complete setup - VPC has not been setup on vCenter/NSX

Issue/Introduction

• Under Setup Up Networking for a Region and getting the error: Edge Cluster not found for region ####### and id #######
  
• In VCF Automation Provider management under Networking -> Edge Clusters, there is no edge cluster displaying on the UI

Environment

VMware Cloud Foundation 9.X

Cause

There is no avaiable edge cluster to Select Edge Cluster on the UI when setting up Networking for a Region.

Resolution

• Log in to the VCF Automation Provider Management Portal.
  
  
  
  
  1 In the left navigation pane, under Infrastructure, click Networking.
  2 Click the Edge Clusters tab.
  3 A list of the available Edge clusters appears.
  4 To force a synchronization with NSX, click Sync.
  5 To view the health of each Edge node associated with the Edge cluster, select the Edge cluster, and select Node Health.
