After upgrade, U00065004 File event... without login information is not permitted.

Issue/Introduction

After an upgrade or new installation of an agent, a file event receives the following error message:

U00065004 File event '[runi_id]' without login information is not permitted.

The ANONYMOUS_FT setting in UC_HOSTCHAR_DEFAULT is set to Y

No login object is used on the file event

Environment

Version: 24 or higher
Agent type: Windows OS

Cause

logon= must be set to 0 as well in the agent ini file

Resolution

Two possible resolutions:

• Set logon= in the agent ini file to 0 and restart agent
• Use a login object on the file event
