Unable to run predefined reports in DE 12.4 after the upgrade

Issue/Introduction

When upgrading to 12.4, users may see following errors when running a predefined report.

There is no report design object available.

Environment

ESP dSeries Workload Automation: 12.4 or above

Cause

The dSeries Desktop Client is older or unpatched.

Resolution

It is recommended to use dSeries Desktop Client v25.0.  It will work with DE server 12.4.

Additional Information

The DE Desktop Client is available with DE v25.0 ISO (DVD image).  It can be downloaded from Support Portal.
