Steps to reproduce

* Create a new Dev Instance of ServiceNow

* Setup an integraiton to ServiceNow instance and any application to synchronize "Change Requests"

* Push a record from the application used to ServiceNow to create a new Change Request

Expected

* The sync should create a new Change Request

Actual

* The sync is failing with missing table for "planned_task_rel_planned_task"
