If an account displays a status of “No Current Billing”, one possible cause is an incorrectly formatted Cost and Usage Report (CUR) name in the account configuration.
A common issue is an extra leading or trailing forward slash (/) in the CUR report path and name. Even a single additional slash can prevent successful bill collection, resulting in no billing data being ingested or displayed.
Navigate to the affected account’s Cost and Usage Report configuration settings.
Locate the Report Path and Name field.
Verify that the report path and name:
Matches the exact name configured in AWS.
Does not contain any leading or trailing forward slashes (/).
Remove any extra slashes if present.
Save the configuration.
After correcting the CUR report name:
Bill collection should resume automatically.
Data will typically process during the next scheduled billing cycle.
Billing data should appear in reports within 24 hours.
If billing data does not appear after the next processing cycle, contact Support for further investigation.
