On 8th of February and 15th of February, the days when Broadcom was doing maintenance, I had created maintenance window so that applications do not get alerts.
But during that time application team got alerts. Since I am giving my name in all policies for alerts on Agent Connection State, I find that alerts got generated even maintenance window was created.
There were a couple of fixes pushed post 15th for resolving issues that resulted in some maintenance schedules getting missed. Since then no schedules have been missed.
