Disable Copy Task functionality selectively

Issue/Introduction

For predefined groups of users, the 'Copy Task' functionality should not be shown in the application, on those Tasks that have 'Open for Time Entry' flag set to True.

Is this possible?

This requirement cannot be met as of the version mentioned above.
