Polycloud application unable to authenticate a vIDM user on NSX.

Issue/Introduction

• vIDM user not able to login to NSX through Polycloud. 
• NSX syslog suggests below error. 
• 
• vIDM status is recent being marked as down and you have fixed it.

Environment

VMware NSX 

VMware Identity manager 

Cause

vIDM users are not synced properly after brining  up vIDM connection. 

Resolution

• Add the userid to vIDM as Distinguished name
• Perform AD Sync 
• The userid should be now listed under vIDM user list in NSX 
• Remove the user from User role assignment and readd the role.
