Resolution

The Credential Provider Agent and Password Sync Agent for IDM 15 are located within the download package for IGA OTHER (CCS, TOOLS, Agents....).

1.  Navigate to the IGA OTHER solution page on the Broadcom Support site: https://support.broadcom.com/web/ecx/solutiondetails?aparNo=99112561&os=MULTI-PLATFORM
2.  Download the file named:
      * `prov-tools-agents-15.0.0-231-fixpack4.zip` (The version number may vary depending on the latest fixpack).
3.  Inside this main ZIP file, you will find the specific component ZIP files:
      * iga-credential-provider-agent-x64-15.0.0-231.zip
      * iga-password-sync-agent-x64-15.0.0-231.zip
