Error LCMVSPHERECONFIG1000095 report when install VCFA via Fleet

Issue/Introduction

- VCFA is installed successfully via VCF installer in early and removed already.

- Below LCM error found when install the same VCFA component via Fleet:

Error code:LCMVSPHERECONFIG1000095
Failed to create services platform cluster

- Below Error found in vmsp_bootstrap.log:

Warning: Extension REDIRECT revision 0 not supported, missing kernel module?
iptables v1.8.9 (nf_tables):  RULE_APPEND failed (No such file or directory): rule in chain PREROUTING
ERR:INIT0002 - Initializing bootstrap machine

- After reboot the fleet node,  both Its management IP and route were missing.

Environment

VMware Cloud Foundation 9.0.0

Resolution

1.Create new OPS and fleet via VCF install and converge existing vcenter/nsx to recovery the service refer to below doc:
