Resolution

This DSN0037E error indicates an issue with the installation files (*.CAI.MICSESD.*).   
In this particular instance, the files were copied from one system to another and something during the copy process caused issues with these datasets.  
It is recommended to download the MICS PAX file to a USS directory on the desired system and perform the UNPAX followed by the UNIPJCL job to create the *.CAI.MICSESD.* files.
