EMS stopped working for 23.4.6 and fails when HA is used

Issue/Introduction

EMS goes red on the Primary hub and failover does not work when the HA probe is used on version 23.4 CU6.

Environment

• UIM 23.4.6, 23.4.7

Cause

• defect

Resolution

• Use hotfix EMS 23.4.6.1.

Additional Information

• There is another (different) issue in ems post-upgrade to CU7 which prevents ems 23.4.7 from starting.

• The current workaround is to use the attached ems v23.4.6.1.
