OBS fields; Include in the Data Warehouse

Issue/Introduction

OBS fields can not be reincluded in DWH, if object has been excluded from DWH and re-included

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Classic Administration > Studio > Objects > Create a custom investment object "MyInv"
2. Properties tab > Enable the Include in the Data Warehouse option
3. Administration > Organization and Access > OBS and open an OBS, ie "Organizational"
4. On the Properties tab > Associated Objects > Add the "MyInv" object
5. Go back to the Studio object, edit the "MyInv" object and go to the Attributes tab
6. An OBS related field called "Organizational" has been added
7. Note the Include in the Data Warehouse option is enabled and greyed out.
8. On the Object Properties > Disable the Include in the Data Warehouse option
9. The object and attributes and now excluded from DWH
10. On the Object Properties > Enable the Include in the Data Warehouse option
11. On the attributes tab, look at the "Organizational" attribute
12. The Include in the Data Warehouse option is disabled and greyed out.

Expected Results: The Include in the Data Warehouse option is enabled on OBS fields so it can be readded.
Actual Results:  The Include in the Data Warehouse option is not enabled on OBS fields.
