Issue/Introduction

With the retirement of Symantec Reporter, Hosted Reporting Service within Cloud SWG is the replacement. 

You might find that Cloud SWG reports are showing "Isolated: No" despite validating that the uploaded Edge SWG access log field "x-isolated" is correctly marked as YES

Cause

"x-isolated" field were not being used to compute the Isolated YES/NO value.

Resolution

"x-isolated" log field will be used to compute the "Isolated: YES/NO" value in future release. 

This KB will be updated once this enhancement is live.
