Issue/Introduction

The following error is seen in the domainmanager.log:

Caused by: org.springframework.web.client.HttpClientErrorException$MethodNotAllowed: 405 : "{"errors":[{"message":"VCF Operations fleet management deploy is not available"}],"isCancellable":false,"isRetryable":false}"

Cause

The Fleet Management component status is not properly cleaned from the SDDC Manager DB upon initial deployment failure.
