Issue/Introduction

After importing seedfile into NCM the SNMP credentials do not appear set properly

Cause

This can happen if the credentials are incorrect, typo, or the seedfile is not configured properly.

Resolution

As a result, the device gets added fine via another method (SSH, etc)

Go to the devices view and right click the device -> Clear Cache

Then right click again after the above is complete -> Update Credentials

You can also shift click to bulk update.
