SDDC Manager 9.x
VCF Operations 9.x
VCF Fleet Management appliance is unable to establish a network connection to the vCenter.
That could be a routing issue or that TCP port 443 is blocked.
Engage networking team to investigate if traffic between VCF Fleet Manager and the vCenter is allowed.
