Environment

SDDC Manager 9.x
VCF Operations 9.x

Cause

VCF Fleet Management appliance is unable to establish a network connection to the vCenter.

That could be a routing issue or that TCP port 443 is blocked.

Resolution

Engage networking team to investigate if traffic between VCF Fleet Manager and the vCenter is allowed.
