Issue/Introduction

You encounter an error in the Event Console when accessing the Notification dashboard.​​​​​​​‍

ERROR MESSAGE: java․net․ssl․SSLPeerUnverifiedException: peer not authenticated

 

 

Environment

All supported releases of Watch4net|M&R

Cause

The Notification dashboard external URL is configured to use HTTPS to access EDAA, but EDAA is running on HTTP․ This protocol mismatch causes the SSL verification failure.

Resolution

Locate the external URL used to access EDAA Action and change the protocol in the URL from https to http.
