Unable to switch to a local manager from the global manager GUI.

Issue/Introduction

When attempting to switch from the Global Manager GUI to a Local Manager via the locations drop-down, the redirection process times out and eventually fails:

Cause

Connectivity of the LM, from the GM could be down. Check the status from System > Configuration > Location Manager.

Resolution

If the connectivity status is not 'Up' (green), verify that the SHA-256 thumbprint is correct. You can retrieve this from one of the Local Manager nodes via the CLI using the command get certificate cluster thumbprint. Re-enter the credentials, check compatibility, and click save. Finally, verify that connectivity is restored.
