SUMMARY - Are labels, headings, and/or regions provided to allow quick orientation and navigation within and between pages and sections?

WCAG Criteria -

1.3.1 Info and Relationships (A)
2.4.2 Page Titled (A)
2.4.6 Headings and Labels (AA)
2.4.10 Section Headings (AAA)

Steps to Reproduce- logged in as user in environment, navigate to the TO Dos page, look at the top where there should be a title.

Expected Results - Expected to see a title at the top of the page letting the user have a clear understanding of what page they are currently on.

Actual Result - Missing header on TO DO's page.
