Issue/Introduction

Our customer is reporting that this alarm does not match in DX O2 with DX UIM.

In DX O2 the alarm appears associated with <host A>, but in DX UIM it is associated with <host B>.

 

Resolution

In UIM, the customer reset device id's, clear cache, delete from operator console and rediscover.  This resolved the issue
