Unable to upgrade Aria Operations 8.18.6 or 8.18.7 to VCF Operations 9.x from Aria Suite Lifecycle Manager

Issue/Introduction
When attempting to upgrade Aria Operations 8.18.6 or 8.18.7 to VCF Operations 9.x via LCM the product version to start the upgrade does not get populated in the LCM admin UI

- VCF Operations 9.0.2.0
- VCF Operations 9.1
Cause
An upgrade from VMware Aria Operations 8.18.6 to VCF 9.0.0.0, 9.0.1.0, or 9.0.2.0 is not permitted as per VMware Aria Operations 8.18.6 Release Notes
Resolution
Supported Upgrade Paths:
- For Aria Operations 8.18.6: Upgrade to VCF Operations 9.1 is now supported and recommended.
- For Aria Operations 8.18.7: Do not attempt to upgrade to the 9.0.x branch. An upgrade path will be provided in a future 9.x release.
