This article describes the steps to bypass a sender in the Email Security.cloud Attachment Isolation platform.

Resolution

You can create lists of envelope sender domains and email addresses within email attachments that are always allowed to bypass Attachment Isolation.

• Navigate to Services > Email Threat Detection and Response > Attachment Isolation Settings .
• Click on Attachment Approved Sources.
• Click Add Entry to display the Approved Sources dialog. Enter a top-level domain, domain or email address. You can enter a single domain or a range of domains using wildcards (*).
• Click Save to retain your change, or Close to exit without saving.
