Issue/Introduction

The last few days we have noticed a strange behavior in the tenant where old alerts are re-triggering notification channel after re-occurring maintenance window ends even though the alerts belong to old retired servers.

The issue started on Feb. 17 @ 1:30 when the re-occurring maintenance window ended. For some reason this time APM triggered the notification channel and again yesterday Feb. 18.

We are working on closing the old alerts but we would like to know why they just started triggering the notification channel again.
