Aria Operations for logs admin account continuously locked out

Issue/Introduction

After resetting and unlocking the local admin account for Aria Operations for logs, it gets locked out again after a few minutes. 

Environment

Aria Operations for logs 8.18.x

Cause

Aria Operations is configured with an Aria Operations for Logs adapter and it has invalid credentials configured. 

Resolution

In the Aria for Operations UI

1.  Navigate to Administration -> Integrations and expand the VMware Aria Operations for Logs Adapter
2.  Select the three dots next to the Aria Ops for Logs adapter and click stop collecting

Unlock the Aria Operations for Logs Admin account with the instructions from the knowledge article How to Reset and Unlock the local admin account in the section labeled "Unlock the admin account"

3. From the Aria Operations UI hit the three dots and select edit.
4. Edit the admin credentials to have known working credentials and select Validate Connection
5. If the Validate Connection succeeds save the configuration 
6. Select the three dots next to the Aria Ops for logs adapter and click start collecting.
