Issue/Introduction

We're seeing greyed out graphs ithe tenants. The Alert status is also not GREEN as it shows "UNKNOWN" icon at the top.

Resolution

h the lastest versions of O2 ,the okay status (which is expensive in resources to implement) was not  activated
