Status and Team changes in Jira are intermittently reverted by ConnectALL

Issue/Introduction

Users are experiencing an intermittent issue where manual changes to the Status and Team fields in a Jira issue are being automatically reverted by ConnectALL during the synchronization process. This behavior was observed when synchronizing between Jira and an integrated system (Rally).

Environment

ConnectALL 4.0.0; Jira Integration; Rally (Agile Central) Integration

Cause

The issue was identified as a product defect. It appears to be related to the way ConnectALL handles updates between linked artifacts, causing field values to be overwritten by outdated information from the source system rather than accepting the latest manual updates in Jira.

Resolution

The defect has been resolved. The fix is included in ConnectALL Patch 4.1.1.
