Enabling Proxy Protocol on the Native NSX Load Balancer

Issue/Introduction

• There's requirement to enable Proxy Protocol in the native NSX Load Balancer.
• This is required so that the original source IP can be observed from the pool VM.

Resolution

Proxy Protocol is not supported on the native NSX Load Balancer. For an L7 Load Balancer x-forward header can be used. See How to configure the X-Forwarded-For

Proxy Protocol is supported on the Advanced Load Balancer.
