Issue/Introduction

While running the ucybdbrt utility we're getting an error. The command used: ./ucybdbrt -I</path/to/ini/file> -C<clientID> -X</path/to/report/definition/xml/file>

Error:
cannot open helpfile 'ucx.msl'.
UCYBDBRT ended with return code 42213.

 

Symptoms:

• No report files are generated
• No log file is generated

 

Environment

Automic Automation Engine v24.4.3

 

Cause

The utility cannot find the .ini file specified in the -I argument.

 

Resolution

Make sure to point the -I argument to the correct location of the ucybdbrt.ini file (often in the same directory as the ucybdbrt executable).
