JVMJZBL2008E error for CEM Tomcat when migrating to CEM 7.0

Issue/Introduction

After migrating to CEM 7.0, the Tomcat started task fails with the following errors:

JVMJZBL2008E Could not find or load class: org.apache.catalina.startup.Bootstrap

JVMJZBL1042E JZOS batch launcher failed, return code=100

Resolution

Starting at CEM 7.0, Tomcat is no longer bundled with CEM and needs to be installed from Common Services (Address Software Requirements). The FMID for Tomcat is CFF6F00 and it does need to be up to date (currently at version 10.x with current maintenance).

Besides the new requirement of a separate Tomcat install, this error could be caused by the specified directory not existing, being empty, not mounted, or the user doesn't have access to the directory. Verify that the directory specified in the CEMETOME dataset for CATALINA_HOME is correct, mounted, and that the CEM Tomcat started task has access to it.
