Unable to save a perspective based policy change.

Issue/Introduction

Trying to save a change to a perspective based policy does not actually save and reload the page as expected. 

Resolution

If the policy is perspective based then it's required that all blocks have a perspective group selected. If one block is missing a selected group then any changes will not be saved after clicking the save button. To find the impacting block look for the "can't be empty" message under any of the blocks perspective groups dropdown. From there, select the appropriate group and make prior blocked changes and save:
