Issue/Introduction

We are facing issue while logging into OTK.

Whenever we hit login it is displaying HTML page with the below specified error.

and on the application end it is showing the error 500 (Internal Server Error ).

Environment

Gateway 11.1 OTK 4.6.2

Resolution

Restarting the gateway solved the issue .
