Issue/Introduction
SCIM Test Connection from Entra Cloud will fail with error "You appear to have entered invalid credentials."
Error code "SystemForCrossDomainIdentityManagementCredentialValidationUnavailable."
The following error when testing connection from the provisioning agent.
Environment
vCenter 8.0
Microsoft Entra ID
Cause
The certificate that is being provided to Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) does not meet the requirements.
Resolution
Generate a certificate that meets the requirements outlined in the following Microsoft Entra ID implementation document.
