APM 10.8 - encrypt realms.xml file password offline

Issue/Introduction

Is there a way to encrypt the password of the "bindPassword" attribute of the realms.xml file offline? This is because we need to perform a password change of this user and the security team cannot type the password in the file as it would be visible until before the EM restart.
 

Resolution

Currently no way to manually set the encrypted password into realms.xml.
