Resolution

To achieve SNMP integration, the recommendation is to forward Log Insight alerts to VMware Aria Operations (vROps), which fully supports SNMPv3 users, and let vROps send the traps to third party monitoring application like netcool. Here is a kb that you can use for vROps Configure SNMP Notifications
