alarm analytics view is not showing annotation value

Issue/Introduction

You are observing the issue with alarm analytics.

Alarm analytics view is not showing annotation value. annotation column value is blank. If you click on annotation tab, there is a value. This is only occurring with some alarms and not all.

Environment

On premise DX O2 25.1

Resolution

Recycle the environment resolved this issue.

 

Additional Information

Additional troubleshooting information:

Check all alarm attributes of the alarms annotation field.
Compare the alarm where the annotation column is shown with alarm where annotation column is not shown.
If both the alarms having this field, then compare the API response for the alarm. 
The issue could be with UI and we need to check why UI is not rendering.
If alarm attribute does not have the annotation field, then there is an issue in preserving the annotation field in the alarm. 
Check doi-readserver and normalized-alarm service logs to see what is going on.
