Deployment failure due to vApp template showing in "Mixed" status within the catalog

Issue/Introduction

The vApp template in the catalog is in a "Mixed" status, causing all deployment attempts from this template to fail.

Environment

VMware Cloud Director 10.6.x

Cause

The issue is caused by the vApp template being stuck in an "Mixed" status.

Resolution

Move (Do not copy) the template to a different catalog forced a state re-synchronization within vCloud Director. This transitioned the template from an inconsistent "Mixed" status back to the required "Powered-off" state.
