Outbound Spam emails are not captured in the Detailed Report

Issue/Introduction

The Email Detailed Report created in the Email Security.cloud portal doesn't list outbound emails detected by the Anti-Spam service.

Resolution

The Email Detailed Report (CSV) created for the Anti-Spam service doesn't log outbound emails and this is by design.

Outbound emails detected by the Anti-Spam service can be listed in Track and Trace (Dashboard > Tools > Track and Trace).
