Issue/Introduction

The customer is trying to access a web-site and the site loads some of the data but not fully.

Environment

Web-isolation and a Financial institution

Cause

The Financial service company is using some Web-application firewall on their ingress path and they are validating the request coming from Web-isolation and they are marking it as non-human traffic and block access to the site.

Resolution

Some sites like Financial Institutions have strict inbound access rules that may need to be changed (upon customer request) to allow access via Web-isolation or access may never be allowed via 3rd party systems like Broadcom web-isolation.
