Issue/Introduction

Classic Base Calendar changes are slow when making a non-workday if the calendar is associated to many resources/team investments

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

Prerequisite: Large dataset with a large amount of users associated to the same calendar

  1. Classic PPM > Administration > Project Management > Base Calendars 
  2. Edit a calendar with no users associated
  3. At the Edit calendar Exceptions tab > Select any workday and click on Make Non-Workday button
  4. The change is instantaneous
  5. Back to calendar list > Select a calendar associated to a large number of users
  6. At the Edit calendar Exceptions tab > Select any workday and click on Make Non-Workday button

Expected Results: The changes to be instantaneous
Actual Results: The changes take time.

Clarity 16.4.1 and below

Cause

This is caused by DE181711

Resolution

This is fixed in Clarity 16.4.2
