Issue/Introduction

encutilcmd command returns following error :

The procedure entry point pcre_config could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\DSM\Bin\encAuthZ.dll

Environment

Client Automation 14.6

Cause

pcre.dll file in version 14.6 is not complete and some functions are missing

Resolution

1. From a machine with Agent 14.5, copy the 2 files
   
   C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\DSM\Bin\MSVCR71.dll
   C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\DSM\Bin\pcre.dll
   
   
2. Paste them into the Agent 14.6 under C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\DSM\Bin\
