Issue/Introduction

  • vIDM fails when starting-up is initiated from an automated Ansible script showing the LCM error: LCMVIDM74066
  • By using the retry button in the LCM UI, the error is no longer there.

Environment

VMware Identity Manager 3.3.7

Resolution

vIDM does not have a single-shot power on/off feature.
Thus, automating the LCM API with an external third-party application is not supported.
